M18 Non-Flush all-metal proximity Sensor
M18 Non-Flush all-metal proximity Sensor
working principle
The M18 non-triggered all-metal proximity sensor works based on the principle of magnetic induction. When a metal object approaches the sensor, the coil inside the sensor is affected, causing a change in the induced current. By detecting this change, the sensor can determine the presence or location of a metal object. The sensor features high sensitivity and fast response, allowing it to reliably detect the approach of metal objects.
Advantage
All-metal shell: The M18 non-triggering all-metal proximity sensor adopts a full-metal shell design, which has good durability and anti-interference ability, and is suitable for harsh industrial environments.
High sensitivity: The sensor has high detection sensitivity for metal objects and can accurately identify the presence or location of the target object.
Non-contact detection: The sensor does not need to be in contact with the target object for detection, avoiding wear and damage and extending the service life of the equipment.
Multiple output modes: M18 non-triggered all-metal proximity sensor can provide multiple output modes, such as NPN, PNP, etc., to meet the needs of different applications.
Application areas
Automated production line: In automated production lines, M18 non-triggered all-metal proximity sensors are often used to detect the position, counting and positioning of workpieces to improve production efficiency.
Mechanical processing: During the mechanical processing process, sensors can be used to monitor the position and movement status of the workpiece to ensure processing quality and safety.
Logistics and warehousing: In the field of logistics and warehousing, sensors can be used to detect the arrival and departure of goods to achieve automated management and tracking.
Automobile manufacturing: In automobile manufacturing, sensors can be used to detect the installation position and quality of parts and components, improving the efficiency and accuracy of the production line.
